These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the La Coqueria website (hereinafter “the Site”) for the purchase of cases and accessories for smartphones.
They define the rights and obligations between La Coqueria and any person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase.
By ordering on the Site, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Products
The products offered are described and presented with the utmost precision.
However, minor variations may exist between the visuals displayed and the final product (colors, textures), particularly due to lighting or the Client's screen display.
Custom products
Some cases can be personalized. The customer is responsible for the content provided (images, text, etc.). No refunds will be given for errors made by the customer.
Price
The prices displayed on the Site are expressed in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£), including taxes where applicable.
Delivery costs are indicated during order confirmation.
La Coqueria reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Order
To place an order, the Customer must:

provide the delivery information,

make the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent.
La Coqueria reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incomplete information or prior dispute.

Shipping & Delivery
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customized products may require additional time.
Delivery times
Prices vary depending on the destination. An estimate is provided at the time of payment.
Transport responsibility
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. In case of delay or loss, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Standard products
The Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt.
The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom products
In accordance with the law, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect.
Defective products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, La Coqueria will replace the product or offer a refund after verification (photo required).

La Coqueria is committed to providing a response within 48 to 72 working hours .
Guarantee
The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from receipt.
The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear,

damage caused by a fall, impact, or misuse

scratches, cracks or damage caused by the Customer.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, visuals, designs, products, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Personal data
La Coqueria collects personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable laws.
This data is used solely for:

Force majeure
La Coqueria cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibilities of execution in the event of force majeure (strikes, pandemics, blockades, natural disasters…).

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
