Delivery and Returns

At La Coqueria , your satisfaction is essential. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will do everything we can to assist you with your return or refund request.

Return deadlines

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return request.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • not used

  • in its original state,

  • in its original packaging (if applicable),

  • without any signs of wear, impact, crease or deterioration.

Products not eligible for returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalized items (engraving, initials, custom sizes),

  • products on sale or available for pre-order,

  • Items damaged after receipt due to misuse or mishandling.

Return request

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Please specify:

  • your order number,

  • the product in question,

  • the reason for the return,

  • Photos in case of a defective product.

Any request not validated by our team cannot be processed.

Returns for defective product or order error

If you receive a product:

  • defective,

  • damaged

  • or different from the one ordered

We take full responsibility for the return and will provide a replacement or refund according to your preference.

Visual evidence (photo or video) may be requested.

Returns for change of mind

In this case :

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • The refund is processed after inspection of the product at our premises.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.
Unfortunately, lost or unreceived returns cannot be refunded.

Refunds

After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days .

The refund is processed:

  • via the same payment method used for the purchase,

  • excluding initial delivery charges (unless the error originates from La Coqueria).

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
If the desired model is no longer available, we will offer:

  • a refund,

  • or a credit note valid for 12 months.

Orders not received

If your package is declared lost by the carrier:

  • a reshipment or

  • A full refund may be offered.

Returns not accepted

A return may be refused if:

  • The product is not in its original condition.

  • It shows signs of wear and tear.

  • It was returned after the deadline.

  • The packaging is too damaged to allow for resale.

In this case, no refund can be issued and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
